use HTML forms to gather data from your visitors: the editor has buttons that allow you to build HTML forms into your pages. When your forms are used to submit information seedwiki will store it for you automatically. You can download the stored data or have seedwiki email you each time a form is submitted. Translate your wiki, or re-write its menus more to your liking: edit the text of your wiki's buttons and links as well as the standard forms and user messages that your wiki uses to communicate with its visitors: the interface for every button, link, menu item and form can be found on the control panel tab of your wiki's directory.
